Deu a louca no controlador de temperatura do meu freezer!!!
My chest freezer temperature controller went completely nuts!
Ontem, ao fazer a transfega da cerveja para o secundário, descobri que o meu controlador de temperatura enlouqueceu e estava fazendo a leitura errada. Marcando 10ºC, a cerveja estava qyase congelando... a real era -5ºC.
Yesterday, when preparing to tranfer the beer to the secondary, I discovered that the temperature contrller - which was set for 10ºC was freezing my beer at -5ºC!!! Almost freezing.
Não faço a minima idéia osbre o que possa ter acontecido, o que sei é que agora está regulado a 20ºC e está mantendo a 5ºC
I don´t have a slightest idea about what is wrong with the gadget, what I do know is that now the thing is set for 20ºC and is freezing at 5ºC real temp.
Loucura total!!!! Felizmente desobri a falha antes da cerveja virar pedra!
